Do you know your own feelings? It's good that I know my own emotions and can show them. When I'm very happy, I can laugh aloud and joke and dance. When I'm very angry, I can rage and roar. We all have many emotions. Some are wonderful, and some are difficult. But they all belong to us -- just like our noses or our hands do.
With vibrantly and expressive illustrations, this book addresses recognizing and acknowledging feelings and the ways that we deal with them without calling them "good" or "bad." An educational tool and valuable resource.
